New Objectives:
- To get background information about the culture and the country.
- To make the interviewee feel comfortable and listen to them.
- Try to get more and more feedback from them.
- Make the best out of the interview.
- Let the interview know about all the essentials like what am I expecting.
- Be prepared and double check all the necessary material ready for the interview.

I want to know how you will make your interviewee feel comfortable. :) Maybe you can give your questions before the interview so that the interviewee can be ready. It's from another's blog (not mine! :D). Good luck! (how come i never saw your previous objectives? I'm sorry..)
